These website/messaging terms do not replace a written estimate, order for service, bill of lading, valuation selection, or other applicable moving-service document.
A quote request is not a booking
A planner summary, requested date, submission, or automated acknowledgement does not reserve a crew, confirm availability, establish a final price, or create a confirmed move. The team must review the request and communicate next steps. This website does not collect deposits or authorize payment through the quote form.
Provide relevant inventory, locations, access, stairs/elevators, timing, and special handling. Town/route guides are planning information, not availability promises or claims of offices in each location. Confirm scope and applicable documents before arranging a move.
Estimates and service documents
Pricing, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, insurance/valuation, claims, and service obligations must be explained in the applicable estimate and moving documents. These website terms create no new cancellation fee, deposit amount, liability waiver, arbitration requirement, or claim deadline. Applicable rights are not waived by reading the site or requesting a quote.
Using the website and provider form
Use contact details you are authorized to provide and accurate relevant information. Do not send spam, impersonate others, submit malicious content, or interfere with service. The planner creates no customer account or payment checkout.
SmartMoving is separate. The native form sends submitted details through the website’s server to SmartMoving. The optional alternate provider form is a separate service; read it before entering details. Information handling and Google/Meta success-page tracking are explained in the privacy notice and cookie notice. Reading terms or dismissing a notice is not SMS consent.
Optional SMS / text-message updates
Program: Boston Small Moves / Limitless Moving & Storage, LLC proposes transactional texts for requested quote responses, scheduling, appointment reminders, and moving/service updates—not promotional offers. The operator must confirm this matches its registered program before publication.
Your choice: Texts require separate opt-in through the provider checkbox or another properly recorded choice. The checkbox is optional and not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchasing moving services. Use a number you are authorized to provide and tell the team if you stop using it.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies with your inquiry/services. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent/received; check your wireless plan.
Stop messages: Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out. Ask vlad@limitlessmoving.com or (508) 205-9648 for help. To resume, provide a new opt-in through the supported process; revisiting the site does not subscribe you.

Changes and contact
Information can change with services/providers. Check the version date and ask the team about anything relevant. A policy revision does not silently change an existing signed moving agreement.
