Who operates the site

What you provide
The native quote form collects contact details, pickup and destination information, preferred dates, move size, optional notes and a separate optional SMS choice. The website processes these details to deliver your request to SmartMoving. It does not keep a local copy of the full quote payload. Opaque security metadata is retained for abuse prevention and duplicate suppression; it uses keyed hashes instead of readable phone numbers, email addresses or IP addresses, and older entries are pruned during later submissions. Browser autofill may apply. Closing a page does not delete an inquiry already submitted to SmartMoving.
The quote page uses a form delivered by this website, without embedding SmartMoving. When you submit, the website validates the request and forwards the entered details to SmartMoving through a server-side connection. SmartMoving stores submitted inquiries in the business’s account. Merely opening the native form does not load SmartMoving’s embedded scripts or cookies.
The form can ask for name, email, phone number and type, move date and size, pickup/destination addresses or postal codes, stairs, referral source, notes, and optional SMS consent. BSM inquiries route to the existing Walpole Headquarters branch, also used by the operator’s other moving business. This is not a separate customer-data system. Read the form and SmartMoving privacy policy before entering details.
Email/phone inquiries can include contact details, addresses, inventory, access instructions, dates, and correspondence. These support answering, estimating, planning, and providing requested services. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information in a quote request.
Providers and information sharing
The operator and people authorized to handle its inquiries can use submitted information. Hosting, delivery, communications, and quote providers may process information for those services. Public hosting can receive IP addresses, browser/device details, requested pages, and request times. This site uses GoDaddy hosting and Cloudflare delivery. Operational and security processing still applies.

Optional text messages
The form shows a separate SMS checkbox when Mobile is selected. It was optional and unchecked in the October 16 review. Browsing, loading/submitting a form, or dismissing the notice is not itself SMS consent. The proposed transactional program covers requested quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, and move/service updates—not promotional offers. See the SMS terms for STOP, HELP, frequency, and rates.
We do not sell or share mobile phone information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it on our behalf to handle inquiries, deliver requested services, or operate communications.
Analytics, advertising, and browser storage
The BSM templates, including the native quote form and its receipt message, do not directly embed analytics or advertising pixels. If you choose the alternate SmartMoving form, its existing success-page configuration contains Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and a Meta pixel. Completing the optional form may activate that tracking and existing inquiry email/SMS workflows. Google and Meta may receive browser, device, cookie, page, and conversion-event information according to that configuration. The embedded flow is not described as tracking-free; no claim is made that every browser blocks those requests.
Provider information: Google privacy policy, Meta privacy policy, and SmartMoving privacy policy. These describe general practices, not an audit of this account’s payloads or cookies. Active tracking, data sharing, and any consent requirements must be confirmed before publication.
The site notice saves only a dismissal flag in the tab’s session storage, not move details. Dismissing it is not consent to advertising, provider cookies, or SMS. Read the cookie and tracking notice. You can avoid loading the provider form and contact the team directly.
Retention and security
There is no website-managed planner history. Submitted inquiries, correspondence, moving records, provider logs, and backups are separate records. Retention depends on actual business needs, provider settings, and applicable obligations. A fixed deletion schedule has not been established; ask vlad@limitlessmoving.com about a record. Closing a page does not delete a submitted inquiry.
No online transmission or storage is risk-free. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. This notice does not promise immediate erasure, log-free providers, or security features not verified.

Contact vlad@limitlessmoving.com to ask about information associated with you, request correction/deletion, or discuss inquiry handling. Identify the inquiry and a way to reply; do not initially send identity documents or passwords. The operator may need to verify the request. Available actions depend on circumstances and applicable requirements.
